• Priority Delivery: DPD guaranteed next working day by 10:30 Please note our order cut off times are Monday-Friday 16:00. All orders placed after this will be shipped the next working day. Tracking details will be provided once dispatched.
• Saturday Delivery (Mainland UK Only): DPD Saturday delivery Please note our order cut off time is Friday at 16:00 and excludes bank holiday weekends. All orders placed after this will be shipped the next working day. Tracking details will be provided once dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

• Return Window: You have 30 days from delivery to return items
• Eligibility: Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Refund Process: Please contact customer service before returning any item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Partial Refunds: May apply if items are damaged, missing parts, or returned after 30 days
