Delivery

• Standard UK Shipping: £4.99 for postage, packaging, and tracked next working day delivery via DPD or tracked 24 delivery with Royal Mail if the shipping address is not mainland UK.
• Free Delivery: Automatically applied to orders over £300
• Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 16:00 or the following working day if dispatched after this time.
• Delivery Time: DPD endeavour to deliver all orders the following working day however, issues can occur so please leave plenty of time for delivery.
• Tracking: You'll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped

Returns & Refunds

• Return Window: You have 30 days from delivery to return items
• Eligibility: Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Refund Process: Please contact customer service before returning any item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Partial Refunds: May apply if items are damaged, missing parts, or returned after 30 days
• Sale Items: Cannot be refunded
• Exchanges: Only available for defective or damaged items. Please contact us before sending
